Khabar Maqbul ki Dusri Kism


Khabar Maqbul ki pehli kism Ruwwat (Rawi/Riwayat) ke Aitbar se thi. Aur dusri kism Ma'mool ba* aur Gair Ma'mool ba ke Lihaz se hai. Is tarah Khabar Maqbul ki 4 Kism hai

  1. Mohkam محکم 
  2. Mukhtaliful Hadees مختلف الھدیس 
  3. Nasikh wa Mansookh ناسخ و منسوخ 
  4. Mutawquf feeh متوقف  فیہ 
1. Mohkam
Jis khabar Maqbul ke Ma'ariz** koi dusri khabar ya Hadees na mile use Mohkam Kehte hai.

2. Mukhtaliful Hadees
Jis khabar Maqbul ke Ma'ariz koi dusri khabar maqbul ho aur dono riwayato me ba-tareeq etidaal tatbeeq dena mumkin ho. Use Mukhtaliful hadees kehte hai. (yeh Waqt aur halat badalne ki wajah se hota hai. Masalan kisi Surat me ek hadees bayan farmayi jo pahle wali se alag nazar aaye. Kyunki Hadees me bayan hone wale masle ki wajah amuman nahi likhi hoti sirf Masla likha hota hai isliye apas me ba-zahir Ta'aruz nazar aata hai)

Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم ne farmaya koi shai kisi ko Bimari nahi Pahucha sakti. (Yani Taouchable Disease ki tardeed farmayi) ek Shakhs ne Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم se guzarish ki thi ki agar kharish wala oont tandurast se milta hai to tandurust ko bhi kharish ho jati hai. Is par Aap صلى الله عليه وسلم ne farmaya. Pehle Wale ko kisne kharish Pahunchayi? is Tarah aapne Bimari se bhagne ko mana farmaya hai. yani yeh taqdeer e Ilahi se hai. jis tarah usne pehle ko paida kiya usi tarah dusre ko bhi paida kar sakta hai.

Magar Aap صلى الله عليه وسلم Juzaami se Bhagne ka hukum farmaya iska sabab ye hai ki agar juzaami ke ikhtilat ki wajah se dusre ko bhi ibteda e juzaam ho gaya to usko yeh wahem ho jayega ki yeh us shakhs juzaami ke ikhtilat ki wajah se hua hai aur yeh wahem faasida hai. isiliye aise wahem se bachne ke liye isse bhagne ka hukm farmaya hai.

3. Nasikh wa Mansukh
Jab Khabar Maqbul ki Ma'ariz khabar maqbul ho aur dono me tatbeeb mumkin na ho Magar Tareekh nass se ek ka dusre se mutakhir*** hona sabit ho to Usko nasikh aur Mutaqadim^ ko Mansookh kaha jayega.

Nasakh ki Tareef
Kisi hukm e sharai ko kisi aisi daleel se utha dena jo pichli ke baad farmayi gayi ho. Nasakh kehlata hai aur jo Dalil usko mansookh kare usko nasikh kehte hai. Isko Nasikh kehna sirf majaazan hai. Haqeeqat me Nasikh ALLAH hi hai. Iski misal Siha satta me kai jagah hai.

Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم ne Farmaya Meine tumhe Qabro ki ziyarat se mana kiya tha. ab tum inki ziyarat kiya karo ki yeh aakhirat ki yaad dilane wali aur dil o naram karne wali hai

Is Hadees se Pata chala ki pehle Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم ki aur bhi Hadees yaqeenan hogi jinme aapne qabro ke talluq se Mumaniyat farmayi thi.

NOTE
*Ma'Mool Ba = Jis Par Amal Kiya jayega

**Ma'ariz = Against aur Opposite wali Riwayat

***Mutakhir yani Jo Baad me Farmayi gayi.

^Mutaqadim yani jo pehle farmayi gayi thi.
